BSOAD 3A ORGANIZATION

DESCRIPTION:

The organization was formed  to create competitive individuals in their chosen field in and outside the working place. The organization aims to help each and every member to enhance their skills suitable for the improvement of not only the organization itself but as well as the community.

VISION:

The organization must be the center for competitive managers suitable in improving the organization and meeting the needs of the community thus improving the human conditions in the community as well.

MISSION:

 The organization will bring out the best in every employee by exposing them in various skills they need in dealing with different situations as part of the organization itself. The employees will not only develop themselves as individuals but as well as the other persons around them especially the different constituents of the organization.

OBJECTIVES:
  • To bring out the best in every individual specifically those who are considered constituents of the organization
  • To expose the managers with the different skills they need to improve in order for them to be able to deal with the different situations they might be able to encounter during the work.
  • To expose the managers with the real world ways of coping with the different demands that an organization must meet.
ORGANIZATIONAL ENVIRONMENT:

The organization is compose of managers from the Bachelor of Science in Office Administration major in Computer Education.During the so called conference managers were exposed to the different concepts and make them realize the importance of these concepts in dealing with the needs of the organization. They were also given the chance to evaluate themselves if they can be able to work in groups without losing their own identity.During the so called "On Line Sessions" managers will be able to pass the result of their work during the "Off line Sessions" which can be done with the use of the modern technologies. This method will help the student to be updated with the different technologies that can help them deal with the different demands of the organization and its environment.

ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR AND LEADERSHIP

The organization was headed by the president who is the one who will impose the duties and the laws that the particular group of managers should follow in order to meet the demands of the organization. Managers are still not that skilled in meeting these demands but the organization is trying its best in order to achieve its goals.
Managers are striving hard to cope with the demands of the organization itself thus creating a positive output in the organization.
